Help your self to my bank account. TAKE PICTURES when the app has you select seats. The receipt is not itemized. I have no idea what i paid for seats to and return, nor my rental car. I chose the first row which had an upcharge. The seats were not itemized by cost and we didn't get our seats. My party was placed through out the plane and there was no refund. I can't contest it because I didn't take a screen shot of the app which charged by seat. The bill has one bulk charge for seats.

Please Update App User Interface and User Experience! The first page when I boot up the app does nothing basically. It is slow when going to the My Account option, which is the only way that I could check my trip/pass when I was actively traveling. Viewing boarding passes on the app is sometimes possible but it can work poorly too. I was worried I would miss my flight because I couldn't view my boarding pass at the gate. I got a pass luckily. Overall, poor app function and usability. PLEASE FIX!

Frequent Errors! I routinely have issues with this app, including just now. I selected flights but keep getting an error message and cannot get past "select your bundle". When this has happened in the past the airfare price has increased by the time the app started working or I could get to a computer to book. Last time I had to call CS to book and they wouldn't honor the pricing plus they were rude. Allegiant should be capable of better!
