FIXD OBD2 Scanner

It worked the first time I used it. Now it refuses to scan. I can see the device via Bluetooth just fine, but the "scan" button just spins then...nothing. So if you buy one of these, do not subscribe. They will take your $99 and run, claiming they "cannot locate a purchase of the app" when you provide the Google Play store receipt. It's been months now and I have no working FIXD scanner and no refund.

it's okay it could be a little better like I could be able to clear codes at any time without having to scan first I could be able to pay monthly instead of only annually and I would like to be able to look at my live data while my vehicle is running and driving that would be great but I love the way it gives you the information on the code instead of just telling you the code tells you how to fix it. Deceptive and/or Misleading sales hype; and they don't clearly state that you will be automatically signed up for the subscription. Additionally, the company keep trying to deduct money from my account for $99.00; after I called last year and cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund $99.00, which I didn't received. And today I noticed they are trying to deduct $99.00 again from my bank account!!! Ridiculous, make it make sense!
