This is far and away the best weightlifting app I've found. This is the one I've been trying to find. So f-ing user-friendly! Anyone from beginner to advanced can easily use this and find the total value it offers. The how-to videos are quick loading and show exactly how a movement should be executed. It's also uber simple to record your sets, change out exercises for different one, change your reps or how much weight. This might be the perfect workout partner.

Delivers what it promises: ad free, affective work outs. IGNORE MOST ONE STAR REVIEWS: Most of the one star reviews I've read are because the app isn't free, and doesn't have an ad supported free version. This is the definition of entitlement. People wanting something to improve their life but not wanting to pay for it. The software provides 3 free effective workouts, no CC or personal info required. That is what a developer proud and confident in their product does. No tricks or gimmicks.

I've been using this for about 2 months now, and it works great. I love that I can modify the weights, reps, sets, and have it give me drop sets or supersets. it also has a great list of exercises that give instructions and videos of how to do the exercises. I do have a couple complaints, though. It will calculate your estimate 1RM, but I would like for it to give the option to work out at a percentage of your 1RM; so, if I only wanted to do 70% of my max, I'd like for it to let me.
