Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

🚨 Beware of this platform 🚨 What a pathetic service! Never ever book anything from them. We booked a tour and had to change the dates, so we cancelled (it was clearly marked 100% refundable). Their team sent us a “transaction ID” claiming they released the refund… but guess what? When I checked with my bank, there was no sign of the money. This feels like nothing but a SCAM. ❌

I’m extremely disappointed with how Klook handled my issue. Due to a system glitch, I was charged twice for the same tickets, and despite clearly proving it, they refused to refund my money. Instead, they offered just 30% of the amount in Klook credits, which is completely unfair. It’s unacceptable that customers have to bear the loss caused by Klook’s own technical issue. I’ve always trusted the platform, but this experience shows how poorly they handle genuine customer concerns.
