Good app. I used it more than any other real estate listing lookup tool. I would like to request a fix in the "Monthly Costs Calculator" menu to revert all the values to defaults. For a given listing, if we modify certain values (rate, downpayment, etc), close the app, and reopen it, we still see the modified values. It would be beneficial to have an option to go back to defaults. Thank you!

Sometimes this app is very good. Especially, if you don't use the "sign-in" part. "Generic", and "in general" information is far more helpful. Signing in seriously reduces options...you'd think it would be the opposite. A specific example: it shows many available rentals as I requested but when I go into the exact location for these rentals via my signed in app...it doesn't show any of them! What's up with that? Illogical at best it is.

It's better than the other comparable apps. Problems: it defaults to "Just Sold", although I have never searched for that information (useless to me). If I have searched before and left the app, it goes back to the same filters when I return to search something else. The good thing is that it has the most up to date listings, and the maps show a lot more important information, like crime stats, lifestyle info, etc. that other apps don't.
