Looking forward to our installation from Florida Window and Door soon. Their phone support service was very helpful and informative. However I was hoping to get the information from this app instead, but it seems to be almost entirely non-functional. No status updates (just a general roadmap) and no docs as it would lead you to believe is stored in app. The messaging function works, but nothing comes up when searching for contacts. A shame, looked promising, was hoping for better.

They tell you to download the apps so you can keep an eye on the progress of your project. But that doesn't really work too well Or they do not keep it updated properly. But the main reason for the app is so they can get referrals. They're more Interested in giving referrals than they are for you to track the progress of your project. How can you give a good referral if they have not done the work yet? Their app should deal more with their customers project than to get referrals.

Mike Perdue was the salesman who presented the sliding door system that this company provides. Mike was knowledgeable about not only the product but the process from start to finish. He was knowledgeable of the procedure from purchase through the final inspection. He is personal to the point you feel you are visiting with a good friend, but he stays professional to complete your transaction without you feeling "strong armed " into purchasing this product.
