The app used to work very fast, but now it’s not functioning properly. Whenever I try to download my documents like contracts or work history, it says they are downloaded, but when I check, it shows zero documents. I’ve updated everything, but it still doesn’t work. It’s very frustrating because I really need these documents.

The Application doesn't meet the expectations After the update the system force to Log-out ever time you trying to login. As a company PRO I'm not able to access the application soomthly,,, 2nd point we can't have the full of the application unless we use the Sponsor UAS PASS, which make the things more complicated, we can't contact the Sponsor every day for having the access the the App.

dont use this app to apply for anything . Just use it for monitoring only. Otherwise, you will lose money for nothing. Use Tasheel website, which is away better I lost more than 3,000 AED because I used this application rather using tasheel website this app has many gaps technically which are being used against you commercially.. if you report these gaps to the technical team they will not take any action simply because more money is coming because of these gaps
