It was one of the most difficult apps I've ever used. When it should be so SIMPLE & EASY to use! I've never had more issues with an app like I have with this one. I would highly NOT recommend this for your payroll of any kind. I am sure there's others out there who are super easy to use, have no issues, and do not have to reset your password every single time you want to login to access your stuff! On top of ALL that ridiculous stuff, you also have to download an authenticator app to use MyPay!

It doesn't work. You have to sign in twice, then you can't even access your paystubs. When you try, it says downloading data, but nothing else pops up , and it isn't downloading anything. It's useless. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't make any difference.

I wish you could give negative stars!! This is a completely pointless app. Once you get into it, you can't open the pay stubs or W-2 information. I says downloading data and never shows the information. What changed?
