the app works pretty well most of the time. instacart is always trying to sell you an over priced subscription when you need it delivered. but as long as youre not really sick and you are just going to the store to pick it up the app works great. a new delivery service is definitely needed. even if you are willing to pay the extra cash to have it delivered the process is long and a bit aggravating.

This app is TERRIBLE!!!! It only works part of the time. Sometimes the prepay order process freezes up after I sign for counseling so I cannot pay ahead of time. When searching for Rx, the date of the fill/refill would be nice on the list screen without having to see 'More details'. A sort function by name/date/number would be awesome. Scrolling through prescription history queries is a time consuming PITA when I'm looking for something. I had a refill just disappear from the system. GRRRRRR!

We recently made some new updates to resolve this issue hopefully. If you would please uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Let us know if this helps resolve the issue. -Gabe

I used to love this app. It hasn't worked in at least 2 months (since the last "fix"?). In the process of uninstalling and re-installing to see if that works. Please quit fixing what isn't broken! It used to ne easy to use and straightforward. Now it takes you through the signing then closes after telling me it didn't have any cards listed to pay (it had 2 before you fixed it). Then I get notice that this app continues to close and won't let me update the card or pay.
